This week started Iron Mountain High Schools Project Based Learning section of the year. We all get new hands on classes that do not require homework just the ability to work and focus on your own interests. As usual I am taking my Medical Core class at our local area Technical Education School. That is the one thing that has not changed in my day. It is a wonderful medical class that gives me the oppurtunity to learn all about the many medical fields and discoveries. This is a two hour class I take three days a week Mon-Wed.

The next class is also a two hour class were I draw and use my interpritations of the world to draw art in the many different mediums of art. Lastly is another two hour class where I get to learn about health and fitness (something I do not need, but it sounded fun). Being someone who is active and walks, runs, and jogs all the time I decided for my last class of the day I would take Couch to 5K. This is a class meant to help those who are more stationary on a couch and get them to move. Through the last week however I was benched due to the fact I have a skin infection on my foot and it enables me from running. Sadly all I was permited to do is walk. Mrs. Yake is the wonderful teacher of this class and was very understanding of my problem. We did some stretching and walked to our local park and had a great time. I hope next week is better and I will be able to fully participate in the activities.
