The Affordable Care Act: Healthcare reform in the U.S.
Monday 5 September, 2016

The Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) is one of the new ways to get coverage for medical expenses. In this article there were many things touched upon about what this will do to help the people with medical issues. This article’s aim was to improve health care in the United states. This was done to help widen the coverage for United States citizens and protect the insurance holders. This article talks about how the act is there to help people with no insurance and or already existing health problems get covered. The Affordable Care Act stops companies from canceling coverage for people who are sick. They would help with cover some of the costs needed for
curtain treatments such as diabetes, mammograms, and colonoscopies.
I feel this article was very interesting and gave a lot of knowledge. What I learned about this article is maybe The Affordable Care Act is going in the right place for some people. This in my opinion could really help people and their families. I thought that this article was bias on the fact it was one sided on the situation. I would have liked to know more about both sides of people's opinion. There were a lot of facts or information about what it can do, but I would like to know is there any risks or problems that pose. Overall this article was very educational to people that do not know a whole lot about this.
